CTRL+Backspace – can you make it behave as “delete word”
Yes, I see no harm in having CTRL+Backspace delete the previous word in all dialog boxes / text box controls… or basically anywhere you need to type a bunch of text.
Put differently, if it’s easier to globally change all text boxes to support CTRL+Backspace to delete the previous word, that would be great and I’d see no harm in doing so. If doing that actually requires a developer to manually touch every object, then I’d only focus on those objects where users would be expected to type a bunch of text.

Right now toad handles ctrl+backspace in SQL Editor and in DOEs where you type queries/bodies.
