We have a client that has set a requirement for Toad 10.6.1.3 Base Edition? I need to download this exact version. We have a license …Please Help!!

The only place Toad versions are available is on https://support.quest.com/. They have versions all the way back to v9.5 available

I found the link below for 10.5, but only see patches for product. 
Hmmmm…they may have taken the oldest of the old versions down. Technically, we only support two versions back and we just released v12.9 so the version you’re looking for is roughly 10 versions back and nearly 6 years old. I’m not sure where you stand on maintenance with support but if you’re current, you may be able to open up a support ticket with them to see if they have access to the download link.
