i am asking if i dropped table from SQL database…i can back this table again to SQL server database or not?

Nope. Unfortunatelly this is not Toad for Oracle with Trash/Bin functionality 
Actually you can try to resurrect your dropped table (or any other objects) with using Log Reader functionality. You can find it in main menu: Tools -> Administer -> Log Reader
