Evaluating Data Modeler

I’m currently evaluating Data Modeler to see if it’s a good fit for what I need.

I need a tool whereby I can define my db schema in “a form” which can be translated automatically to one of a number of flavours of RDBMS. Having used the Trial Version, this is all fine, no problems here.

But I also need to maintain change sets/upgrade scripts from one version of the DB schema to the next. Does Data Modeler support this?

Figured it out.

Create model version 1.
Create model version 1.1.
Then File -> Sync & Convert -> Sync & Convert Wizards… -> General Alter Scripts
