I recently got a new PC and reinstalled Toad Beta (now running 12.6.0.40) – so I don’t know if it’s a setting I lost in the reinstall, or a feature of the beta. But any time I do an Explain Plan, either in an editor or in the Session Browser, the columns
all get smooshed narrow. I have Cardinality, Bytes, and Cost in their own columns, and they wind up being about one character wide even for a ten digit number. If I’m lucky, this screenshot should show the effect:
I drag the columns to the width I want, and when I close that window and open another, the columns are all smooshed again. I’ve tried it with or without “Autosize main columns in Tree mode”, and still can’t get the settings to stick.
Any suggestions?
