Foreign Keys to Off Page Schema/Tables

Sometimes you create or reverse engineer a schema that has FKs to tables in other schemas. You have the FK definition. Could you create an off ERD block with the name of the schema/table/fields for the off page link and the normal FK notation? Thanks. Currently I create a little note to denote the off page FK.
