Hello all,

I’m totally new to Toad Datamodeler.

I just started yesterday using it and seems to a be a pretty good tool.

I got lost when trying to assign a Foreign Key with the wizard while creating an entity.

Can someone tell me whats the trick.

I have 2 tables and both tables have the same column name so i wanted to make them related as FK but i dont see how.

Hello,

I think that you need create relationship between those entities (Parent Attribute must be in key). See this article about automatic maping in Toad Data Modeler
