Freeware Update

I am trying to find out when the new freeware update effective 11/1/09 will be ready. I saw on Quest’s site that it would be posted in the Groups page, however, I don’t know for sure where to look. There is nothing on the home page and a search turns up nothing on updates. Where do I look each time that Toad expires to find out if the update has been posted yet? The one I downloaded this morning from their website is the old one.
