GRANT ALL ON TABLE as selection criteria in permissions

Hello,

sometimes it is easier to have a “Grant all on table”. If I have tables in several schemas and I have some procedures centralized whiche deal with entities of this schemas.

Therefore I would propose to need a column which gives me the possibility to select “all” to grant to a user.
