How can i calculate a formula was stored in sql?

Hi, I have a table like this, i want to calculate a formula was stored in column TURNOVER_FORMULAR, The formula depend on STK_CODE. How can i do it in SQL Server 2005 ?

Two things, 1. I am not sure I understand the question, 2. I think I understand the need from the table example where the ‘Turnover_Formula…’ is a computed field.
