how to disable search updated in toad for data analysts 3.0

please i need your help,
when i launch toad for data analysts 3.0 I have a small window that tell me that new Updated exists and if I want to download them
how can disable this windows silently

Next time the window comes up, select ‘Never’ from the drop down and it will stop displaying the window the next time you start up.
