How to export large amount of table data comparison results to Excel?

I compared a large table in two databases which produce more than 100k differences, most of them are very minor numeric noise. I need to export them so that I can do further analysis and figure out which ones are not noise.

The export function complains that more than 65500 rows is not supported. I have Excel 2013 and 2016 installed, both of them can handle more than 65500 rows. Don’t understand why TOAD (for SQL Server release 6.7) still puts this restriction. Is there a way to get around of this?

Sorry for bringing you inconvenience

You can temporary resolve this issue by choosing Excel files(*.xlsx) when you want to export comparison to excel
