can anybody give me the step in order to connect to the oracle database remotly by the toad. i checked before and i know that i need to install the oracle clients but i don’t know where and how to install it , so please tray to help me on this , i really need it .

please send me the steps to connect to oracle db by php (WAMP) if you know ,
