Identity column

In Toad for Oracle (version 12.0.0.61) I can mark a column as Identity, how can I mark a column as Identity in Toad Data Modeler (version 5.0.5.31)?

Hi,
I see this option in TDM 7.2 for Oracle 12 model.

I'm not sure if this option is in TDM 5.0.5.31
