I want to develop the some of system using vb.net
then, I must connect with toad for oracle for their databases…

I would start at the main Toad for Oracle Community page within Toad World, which is located here:

Within this page, you’ll see links for “Getting Started with Toad for Oracle”, “Documentation”, and a “Guide to using Toad”. If you look around, you’ll also find a lot of other information to help you as you start working with Toad. In addition, you can always type “Toad for Oracle tutorial” into Google (or your favorite search engine), and you’ll find a wealth of other sites geared directly towards what you’re looking for. As you start your career, always remember: Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc are your friends.
