You have been given several URLS by others. Here is my suggestion.
Right Click everywhere you can in the Schema Browser (SB for short) and you will
see contact sensitive menus come up. They are reasonably intuitively named.
Hover over every icon. Again they are intuitively named. Do the same in the
Editor (affectionately named MOE). And finally go through every line of every
option in the Options dialogue. You will see lots of interesting stuff.
And finally remember TOAD is a Graphic User Interface to Oracle development. It
is not magic. You still need to know SQL and PL/SQL.
