Just switched to TOAD 12 and straggling using SQL Loader. In the screen where columns shoud be visible they are absent even though in the previouse screen where format is specified data is visible. At the end the data is not loades into the table. Any guidance will be appreciated.

Have you read through the help file under SQLLoader and/or looked for SQLLoader tutorials online? There are a lot of options available for Oracle’s SQLLoader
tool, and subsequently TOAD’s SQLLoader wizard, and those options will change depending on what you’re trying to import.
Here’s a short article listing basic steps on importing delimited text files using the Import Wizard as well as SQL*Loader within TOAD:
When you go through this process and select “Execute Now”, you’ll also be presented with an output log which should list if the import was successful, and if
not, why.
I hope this information helps to give you a start. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to let us know.
Thanks,
-John

Thanks!! Unfortunately this is the page i was using for guidance and still had issues. I’m alright though. Used SQL Developer instead and it worked.
If your same ctl/data file works in SQL Developer and not in Toad, than seems this is Toad problem.
So it would be nice to attach table definition, some data and .ctl file, so people from Dell might analyze the problem and fix bug (if exists).
Find that fair and constructive approach in solving such a problems.
Cheers.
