Intellisense for keyword and Select TOP 100 option in context meu

  1. Table, column objects, variables are coming in auto-completion intellisense, but the SQL keywords are not coming. (like SELECT, WHERE, LIKE, BETWEEN etc)

  2. In Microsoft Management studio, we get SELECT TOP 1000 on right-click context menu for tables. But I didn’t find any options or configuration to enable the said option.
