I am currently using Toad for Oracle 11.5 XPert edition so I have Toad for Data Analysts. I am considering upgrading to Toad for Oracle 12.6 and cannot find out if the Data Analysts, now Data Point, is included in some version of 12.6.
Toad Data Point was decoupled from Toad for Oracle around the release of v3.2 of Toad Data Point. So, to answer your question, v12.6 of Toad for Oracle does
not include Toad Data Point.
