I just noticed that the Median function is available in the Aggregate dropdown in query builder and in Transform & Cleanse, but it is not available in pivots. Anyone have a way to handle this in pivots?

Thank you for posting.
As you mentioned, the Median function is not available in Toad Pivot. Therefore, calculations that involve it can be performed in the query (Query Builder) and then the result set that inlcudes the function can be sent to Toad Pivot.
Another, more effective, option might be to use Toad Workbook - and to add a Pivot step (as a child Work Step) under the Query Builder or Transform and Clease step with a Median function.
It all depends on how the function is intended to be used in the Pivot.
