Yes. You can write query to include calculated fields and pivot it from eidtor, or you can send your table to “transform and cleanse”, add calculated fields and do privot table from there.

ah. i only have the base edition. So it seems that there is no way to add custom/calculated fields to a pivot. You have to create the fields in the data before pivoting.
