Oracle 11g Toad connection problem

Could you help me to resolve my problem?

There’s little history.
We have upgraded our Oracle database to 11g and Toad 9.1 working fine.
Now, I installed Oracle 11g Suite - Forms/Reports including Middleware on my PC.

After installation I was not able to connect to Oracle Toad 9.1, so I installed
Toad 10.5. I’m able to connect to Oracle 11g using Dev Suite Home, which is 10g
Oracle Suite, but not able to use 11g Home.

The following is Oracle Homes I copied from Toad (Login screen, Connect Using
drop-down list) with my comments in Bold Italic.

Whenever you install Oracle dev suite (forms & reports) it generally creates
a new Oracle home – without telling you of course …. It also means
that your default Oracle home may well get moved to the new entry. Simply use
the toad oracle environment/homes editor function from connect screen to force
it to point back to the orig oracle home

Experiencing difficulty viewing your Oracle configuration

can you post text versions of your
$ORACLE_HOME/network/admin/tnsnames.ora
$ORACLE_HOME/network/admin/listener.ora
