we used Toad 9.7 with Oracle 9i. with this combination the session browser
worded fine for me. But we update that DB to 11g2 lately . No with Toad 10.6 and
11g Client, we cann’t see the SYSTEM session, which are driven by background DB
Job, anymore. With the SQL Query we can still see that session, but not in
Session Browser and so no detail informations.
On the session browser window did you check the filter? If the filter
icon is red then is it probably filtering out the background jobs.
Click the little upside down triangle next to the filter icon and
uncheck "Exclude NULL and SYSTEM OS Users".
