pulling trace file in RAC

I was wondering, in RAC environment is Toad looking for a trace file in instance (where the traced sessions was logged in?)

Sometimes I get a message file does not exist

I think you might be onto something. I just tried it and experienced the same thing. I’ll check it out. Thanks.

OK, I’ll have this fixed once we get into betas again. In the meantime, to pull a trace file from RAC, you’ll need to make sure that you are connected to the same instance as the session being traced.
