OK, all the snippet files are in the right folders, but the snippets are not
showing under the code snippets folders. I also do not see them in 5.6 beta, or
5.5 production, but they are there in 5.0 production.

OK, took 5.6 snippets folder setting and pointed it to 5.0 snippets folder and
they work.
There is an xml file in the snippets folder in that you cannot open in 5.6 but
can in 5.0. I thought that might have caused it. So I coped that file over but
that did not work so I just copied the whole folder over and they work now.
Definitely something wrong with the 5.6 snippets.
