If you are working on Windows 7 then a possible reason _ could _ be that
explorer – or one of its plugins – locks your file for a short time after
noticing a file modification. I have this constantly while compiling projects:

(x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft.Cpp\v4.0\Microsoft.CppCommon.targets(103,5): warning
MSB5018: Failed to delete the temporary file
“C:\Users\Andre\AppData\Local\Temp\b7a02b2812614f64949bb786f9c288b9.exec.cmd”.
The process cannot access the file
‘C:\Users\Andre\AppData\Local\Temp\b7a02b2812614f64949bb786f9c288b9.exec.cmd’
because it is being used by another process.
Closing all explorer instances should help.
