SFTP configuration

Hi,

I am trying to set up an SFTP connection to an external server using DataPoint automation. I can connect just fine using other programs (Filezilla) but using Toad, I get various error messages. The most common is “Control channel unexpectedly closed (” read so far)". I’m able to connect to other FTP servers, both internal and external. It’s just this one giving me trouble. The BT support on their side is not sure what is causing it. Any suggestions?

Can you open a Quest Support case so we can look into this? Also, turn on verbose logging in your automation script and include that log file and *.tas file with support case.
