Is Quest’s very useful SQL Monitor app ever going to be updated so it supports 10g and 11g?
The version I have doesn’t work with these versions (it locks up) and I asked ages ago about plans to update it, but I’ve yet to see any newer version available.

I'm using the SQL Monitor that came with Toad 10.5 GA. It works fine
with 10g databases.
I can't comment on 11g as we are not that far advanced here yet!

Yes Paul, it was updated for Toad 10. I’m not sure if they’re making that available for download or not - that’s support’s decision since it’s a free product. What Toad are you on?
As far as I know, my company’s Service Agreement with Quest has elapsed and needs renewal to download v10. But given the current economic climate, budget cuts and the costs, I’m not sure it’s on their list of priorities.
Sigh, for the immediate future, it looks like I’m destined to be stuck without a working version of this very useful tool. :o(
We took the decision to make some significant improvements to SQL Tracker
(formerly SQL Monitor) such as improved platform coverage and Unicode support
and also provide support for it as part of your Toad support contract to avoid
future problems with it getting out of date. The old SQL Monitor was freeware
and therefore not supported by Quest.
The new SQL Tracker runs on all the latest Windows and Oracle platforms (inc
Oracle 11g) and comes in 2 versions – Client only, which tracks SQL
executions from any Windows application which connects to Oracle (available with
Toad Base and Professional Editions) and Client/Server, which also enables SQL
to be tracked on the Oracle server (Windows only) (available with Toad Xpert
Edition and the Suites).
I included details on SQL Tracker in my recent Technical Brief on Toad for
