At this moment one can store a "bind variable" value in the Project Manager. One cannot however bind that (set of) bind variables to a specific project. It would be useful to be able to define a set of bind variables that exclusively are active on all queries, tables atc. in a specific project. In this way one can define different projects containing the same (or like) set of content but with different specified bind variable values.
