System Variables in Automation Designer

I am trying to test for system variables in my script and it fails.

So, I decided to look the current values up.

The way I figured to do it was to email myself and include some variables:

When I receive the email, there are no values.

I do not think I need to set the system variables up, do I?

I am on 10.6.0.42

You can make a Message action like the following. Run it and it will echo out
the values. I think DB and PWD may need to be set.

Do you need to add that variable to the message body?

You have asked it to attach files which have the names of the value of those
variables. Remove all those and use a Message Action per Matt's suggestion, or
put those variables into the Message section, per Jeff's suggestion.

Thanks, it is easier than email.

Yes, it was my mistake. It works now.

Thank you.

I know what I was doing wrong.
