TDM and LDAP

Hi

I am trying to connect via Native Client (Oracle 10.1) and want to use LDAP but it seems that TDM only wants to connect via tnsnmes.ora. Is it so?

I get the error “Not able to load net service names. File tnsnames.ora not found.” I found this strange since I in my sqlnet.ora file has set
NAMES.DIRECTORY_PATH = (LDAP). Meaning that it would not even try to look at the tnsnames.

Hi Marika,

yes. LDAP is not available in the current version of TDM.
