When I right click on a Stored Procedure and select Editor as Script I get a new editor window, but it is not populated with the script of the SP. Any ideas?

Could you please provide a little bit more information?
What is the Teradata version you work with? To get the version you can use the following query
SELECT * FROM DBC.dbcinfoV WHERE infokey= ‘VERSION’
What is TDA version?
Do you use X-views or Non-X views? To check it please go to Tools|Options|Database|Teradata.
What do you get when select View Details menu item for the procedure?
Do you get Parameters and Script tabs on the right hand site?
