The Database/Monitor menu has disappeared

I do'nt find the Database / Monitor menu.

Oops. That was my fault.

I had to give the menu item a new internal name (it used to be called just "Monitor", turns out that's a reserved word).

You can restore it like this:

  1. Right-click on toolbar.
  2. Choose "Customize toolbars"
  3. In the dialog that appears, go to "Commands"
  4. Select "Database" on the left
  5. Drag "Monitor" from the right back to wherever you want it to go in the menu
