I was just wondering if toad academic program is still available?

Yeah I was interested in the academic program where they offered 6 months licenses for their softwares to students and professors but unfortunately it has been discontinued. I contacted Quest support team this morning for confirmation as well 
I will check with the product managers around here and see if there are any plans to resume this program.
My licences expired and I came to renew them with the academic program. But all links are not working. I also got a notification about " Congratulations! You have been approved for the Toad World Academic Program." but as I said sections removed and all links are broken.
Any suggestions?
