Does the Debugger work?

Can it be used to debug stored procedures and stored functions?

Must Toad Data Studio 2025 be installed on the database server in order for the debugger to work or will it work (assuming that it does) if Toad Data Studio is installed on a workstation that is connected to the database?

Can the debugger be used to debug SQL procedures in Toad Data Studio editor?
