Toad Datapoint 6.4 hangs up on starting

Toad datapoint gives a "Creating application window- 50%" and persists on the screen. It is not a memory issue

If you haven’t already, please open a Quest Support ticket so the issue can be investigated in detail.
In the ticket, please include the following information:

  • TDP version and edition

  • Operating system version

  • Whether the issue occurs on startup every time or intermittently

  • Whether TDP was recently upgraded before the issue appeared

  • Have you already tried a clean installation, and if so, did it resolve the issue?

  • Logs

Our Support team will proceed with the next steps once the details are provided.

We don’t have support but if multiple users are having the same issue, I was just wondering if the bug was fixed.
