I am using TOAD for SAP Solution freeware 4.1.0.142 (64 bit) on Windows 10 (1809 64 bit) and connect to Sybase ASE 16.0, the server charset is iso_1. I am trying to use iso_1,big5,utf8,cp950,cp850 ... charsets in connection properties to establish the connection, when issue query sql to server, the return Chinese characters are all unrecognized. Somebody can share the experience for solution?
