Hi all,
this is my 1st time using toad in citrix. everytime i login to toad, it seem like the 1st time i using toad. i try to change the setting for the toad, but when i reopen, all the setting back to original. any advice?

At best, discuss this with the administrator of your environment. Citrix can
be very complex and maybe the settings are in such a way that you cannot
change them, without specific authorisation. This is not a Toad issue, but a
Citrix problem.

It's possibly better that you ask this question in the main Toad group
rather than in the toadsql group.
I've got no Citrix installations of Toad so I'm unable to help. Sorry.

I had the same problem. It seems like Toad of some reason allways creates a new directory where it stores your settings.
If you have Toad 10, try to change Toad settings, General | Application data direcrory to “Use local default”.
Talk to your Citrix admin, sounds like something isn’t setup correctly.
