Toad-Sql Server 5.5 program fault - Editor syntax around Sp_executesql - throws an exception [1 Attachment]

Quest product: Toad-SS version 5.5

I was just working on the following syntax, when the application faulted on what
it thought I needed which was a parameter, but in reality I was not using or
needing a parameter.. The Fault happened when I placed the ‘(‘
parenthesis around before the @sql_Script variable.
