We currently have ToadDataPoint_pro_220.127.116.11 and were wondering if upgrading to 4.3 is free or if a new license will be needed?
If you maintenance contract is up to date you will be able to upgrade as it is covered by maintenance. You can find out by going to support to download TDP 4.3 https://support.quest.com/
One more questions, it needs a service tag or license number, we only have the serial and site ID. Can you help us with this?
In the license number that you enter there are 9 numbers near the end followed by two digits. The 9 numbers without the last two digits should be the number you need. If not, open a support case and they will help you.
