Toad without a debugging option..?

I’m using Toad for Professional (for Oracle) 10.6.1.3, and I would like to debug my PL/SQL procs… but I cannot.

Is this Toad edition without debugging option?
wich edition offers debugging?

Have you checked that you’ve got the DEBUG CONNECT SESSION privilege granted to your db user?
