Updating email password for Automation scripts

I have several automated scripts that send emails to confirm job is done or to send data to someone. Our email password has to change every 3 months. I have been going into each automated file and changing the email server settings to update my password. Is there a global setting that I could use to update my password that will work with all automation scripts? I have not found - please help!!

I don't think there is a central place to set the e-mail server settings/credentials in a global sense. Maybe one of the Quest engineers can let us know if so.
