Where does column: “Used Pct of Max” 'in Database=>Administer=>Tablespaces come from ?

I turned on Spooling to screen (Database -> Spool SQL -> Spool to screen) and it showed me Toad is using this select.

I didn’t see the column “Used Pct of Max” in the select ?
