It would be nice to see what year the posts are from in forum previews... wastes a bit of time to find out that I'm reading a post from 2011 when I could just skip it.

Ah, thanks... visuals always help, don't they!?

We actually do display the year of the post... the number that displays right after the month is not the day of the post in that month, but the year... so "Mmm 'yy"...
