[17.1.478] The wrong line is highlighted if a compilation error occurs

The error occurs in line 6, while line 4 is highlighted.

user_errors contains:

LINE	POSITION	TEXT
6	7	PLS-00201: Bezeichner 'I' muss deklariert werden
6	7	PL/SQL: Statement ignored

Somewhere two is subtracted from the line number.
