What is the download link for toad for Oracle user guide?
I specifically need to download the file from the website and save it on my computer.
Help -> Technical Documentation. It takes you to a webpage where you can download the PDFs
There is no such menu.
It's here in 2025 R3. Maybe your menu is customized and this is not showing.

How can I know or how to fix the menu?
Right-click the toolbar or menu.
You can choose "Reset toolbar defaults" to reset (note, this will also reset your toolbars)
if you don't want to reset toolbars, then choose "Customize toolbars" instead.
Then click the "Commands" tab, then click "Help" on the left, and you can drag "Technical Documentation" back to the main menu under Help.
