2025 R3: find in files/editors shortcut as navigate to window

Hi,

I defined a shortcut for the Find in Files Editors window, and every time I press it, it opens a new window. What I want is a shortcut that, when pressed, brings me directly to the existing window instead of opening a new one, so I can return to my previous searches. Is it possible to add this improvement?

You can set that window to single instance. In Options, select Windows on the left and mark “Find in Files” as one per Toad as shown here.
