Is it possible to have audible notifications on command execution completion?

For commands that the duration is minutes or even more.

For running SQL, no.
For compiling objects, yes.

I suggest there should also be a notification or alert when I run a command that takes several minutes. It may take three minutes, five minutes, ten minutes, or even more. You cannot expect me to wait in front of the screen just to see when it finishes.
