Seems like it might not be the problem of ToadSS but some hotfix MS published
recently. I made a quick search and figured out that quite a few people have the
same problem. Please take a look at:

and especially at the post stating that only 2.0.50727.3603 seems to have this
problem (which btw was installed by Microsoft Security Bulletin MS09-061) and
the post stating that “…installing the hotfix for kb963676
(2.0.50727.4005) made the problem go away.…”
