Have you tried opening the Excel sheet you want the results to appear in
and then:
- run the query to populate the results grid;
- right click the results grid and select "export dataset";
- set the export type to "excel instance";
- enter a name for the sheet that will be created;
- ok.
The results grid will be saved as a new sheet on the already open Excel
spreadsheet. If Excel is closed, set the export type to be 'Excel File'
and give it a name before clicking OK.

I see, In toad for oracle version 9.x ,it’s easy to copy data from data sheet into an excel, but in 10.x why can’t do such?

To be honest, Excel is such a PITA when it comes to Copy & Paste (in or
out) and from/to different applications, that I almost never use it.
I only ever put data (from Toad) into Excel using the export dataset
option. In Toad 9, that was named "save grid".
If you are having trouble using a normal Copy & Paste, then it could be
that Toad 10 is Unicode enabled while Excel might not be?
